Founder/CEO
Faith Ngogoyo-Mwangi is a visionary leader in education, technology, and impact-driven innovation. With extensive experience scaling EdTech solutions across Africa, she has pioneered sustainable learning models that empower students, educators, and institutions.
As a champion of digital adoption and teacher upskilling, Faith has forged strategic partnerships with governments, investors, and private sector stakeholders to expand access to quality education. Through her leadership in organizations like 1 Million Teachers and Teesas Education, she has trained thousands of educators and developed scalable, localized learning solutions.
Beyond her executive roles, Faith mentors EdTech startups, guiding them in product development, market expansion, and sustainable business strategies. A sought-after speaker, she advocates for public-private partnerships and investment in Africa’s evolving education ecosystem. Her mission is clear: to create future-ready learning environments where students and teachers can thrive, regardless of geography or socio-economic background.
Beverly Onyango
Chief Programs Officer
Beverly is an aeronautical engineer with more than 7 years of experience in Aviation. She has over 5 years experience as a training professional in engineering and other STEM related areas.
Beverly is a recognized trainer and instructor in aeronautics, aviation as a career, and girls' empowerment. She is particularly passionate about increasing the uptake of STEM related courses among girls and has championed different programs, and interventions to support this.
Beverly has also led Safety Management Systems Teams in the Airline industry in the East African market.
Edidiong Oni
Chief Technology Advisor
Edidiong is a passionate technology leader with over 5 years of extensive experience in product management and technology innovation. Throughout her career journey, she has collaborated with diverse cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to build products in the EdTech and HealthTech industries.
Edidiong has a proven track record in executing products, projects, and programs across various sectors, including oil and gas, education technology, and health technology. Notably, she managed the full cycle of four software development products, including the Teesas app, which now serves over 100,000 users. Her experience also includes managing creative edutainment projects and designing and multiple technology programs.
